Prepare a narrated property tour with a reviewable script

Produce a scene-by-scene script and confirmed render request, with each sentence tied to a specific image.

What you need

  • An accessible narration-capable template and its current input contract.
  • Ordered photo asset IDs and verified property facts, or clearly marked stock-demo inputs.
  • An available voice, intended language, usage rights and rendering budget.

A prompt you can use

Replace the bracketed placeholders with your own details. If you do not have an ID, ask the AI to find the item you can access by name, address or MLS number. Check the match before using its returned ID.

If I have not provided an ID, first discover the resources I can access by name, address or MLS number as supported for that resource, show the matches, and ask me to confirm before using the returned ID. Prepare a narrated tour using template [TEMPLATE_ID] and photos [ORDERED_ASSET_IDS]. Read the current narration and photo contracts. For each scene, show the photo, proposed movement, exact narration and duration. Describe only visible or verified features; mark any unknowns. Use voice [VOICE_NAME_OR_ID] only if it is available and authorized for this use. Show the exact script revision and any known costs. Identify charges you cannot estimate, and explain what I must confirm before generation. Do not substitute another voice, add music or start paid rendering without approval.

How the work flows

  1. Read photos + facts
  2. Draft exact scene script
  3. Review voice, timing and cost
  4. Confirm current revision
  5. Render and inspect audio + captions

This is the intended sequence, not a saved or executed workflow. Ask the AI to implement it against the currently supported tools and report the actual state.

  1. 01

    Attach evidence to each sentence

“A kitchen island connects the living space” may be visible. School quality, rental returns, square footage and renovation dates need separate factual evidence. For stock footage, clearly label the work as a demonstration rather than a current listing.

  2. 02

Confirm the actual voice and script

A voice name in a prompt does not prove access or commercial usage rights. Verify the selected account voice, exact script revision and required confirmation step. A script edit after approval needs review of the changed version.

  3. 03

Review the finished audio and captions

Listen to the complete result. Check pronunciation, sentence endings, subtitle timing, photo order and whether narration runs into the next scene. Keep the operation ID and use its recovery path when a result is uncertain.

Verify the result

  • Each scene uses the approved photo and exact script.
  • The actual voice matches the confirmed selection.
  • Captions and narration finish within their scenes; no unapproved music is present.

When something fails

If the requested voice is unavailable, stop and offer verified choices. Do not silently replace it with local text-to-speech or describe a silent template as a narrated tour.
