2022 has been a great year for B Square Realty. This year marks our 4th anniversary, we sold 500 million+ in volume, helped over 450 families to accomplish their real estate goals, leased over 100,000 sqft in commercial space, and launched several new developments! We feel such a landmark is worthy of pause to reflect on our company’s progress and to share our excitement for what is still to come.

In 2018 I partnered with Ben Zhang to open a boutique real estate firm in downtown flushing. We developed a unique company system with the concept of combining the American and Chinese cultures to support our local agents on a different level, and we have been adhering to the original intention to develop the firm from a few agents at the beginning to hundreds of agents now.

We hope to break some traditional real estate sales models and use big data to understand the market demand and trends, so we can develop a nuanced understanding of the changed market. We also train our agents according to the most updated real estate information by holding seminars and webinars with real estate professionals from all areas. In addition, we have developed our APP “B Square” and a comprehensive website to better help our agents boost their performance and grow their business by using cutting-edge tools & technology. 

Utilizing our platform business model, our agents can build a solid foundation for real estate sales — building up their network, exploring the market, and taking a preemptive strike, so they can stand out among tens of thousands of New York real estate agents on the market, making deals more efficiently and gain the initiative of the market.
